Internet Periodicals, better known as ezines
There is a very small, or nonexistent, distinction between some of these web publications and the sites I've described and otherwise categorized as "Poetry Sites." Indeed, I engage in a minor and boring internal struggle with this listing from time to time. Internal struggles are lonely. You are invited to participate.
In general, the "Poetry Sites" are sites either dedicated to poets interacting with each other in workshops, or sites that deal with the more general subject of poetry, or its promotion and preservation. Sites on this page tend to be ones that accept items for publication, submit them to an editorial process, and publish the ones they deem best and/or most appropriate for the site.

A site which I briefly enjoyed, Triplopia, has disappeared from the tubes (20 January 2010). It may be seen through the auspices of the Internet Archive at this location.
